Approving by Shandong Provincial Government, Quan Cheng Laboratory was established on July 5th, 2021. It is built with the participation of Tsinghua University’s Institute for Network Science and Cyberspace.
Focusing on the major strategic needs of the country and Shandong Province, the laboratory will bring together and train top scientists and innovation teams to carry out basic and applied basic research on the cyberspace sciences, research and development of new generation information technology, system integration, technology transfer, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, scientific and technological services, industrial incubation and operation, personnel training and other work, so as to solve the common theoretical and “neck” technologies in cyberspace engineering and practice.
In this way the lab is able to provide a source of power for the development of information technology and industry in Shandong Province and the country.
